What is Your Return Policy?
No sweat if the gear isn't your style. Return full-priced items within 90 days for a refund. For unworn, unwashed items, we've got you covered—even without tags. Manufacturer's defect? Covered for a year. We'll replace it first, but if you prefer, we'll refund you. Sale and discounted items aren't eligible.
How Do I Make a Return?
1. Submit a return request through our Returns Portal or contact our customer support team.
2. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to the email on file.
3. Package your item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
When Will I Receive a Refund?
Once the gear has been received and processed at the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
