When Will My Order Be Processed?
All payments are processed when the order is submitted so that we can get your gear to you as soon as possible.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days so you can cool down sooner. Please reach out with cancellations or any changes before we start making moves. Our processing turnaround does not include weekends or holidays.
When Will I Receive My Backordered Gear?
Any orders with a backordered item will be held at the warehouse until the entire order can be fulfilled.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
All orders over $50 ship for free. All other U.S. orders ship for $4.99.
Where Do You Ship & How?
We ship to the continental United States (excluding AK & HI) via USPS First Class Priority Mail.
We also ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands with a $10 surcharge. Additional import duties or taxes may apply. Please check with your local agent.
What is Your Return Policy?
The performance gear isn’t quite your style or maybe you’re just looking to grab another size? No sweat - we accept returns of full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs to return an item are not included. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are accepted by calling 1-844-771-2608 to request a Return Authorization Number.
When Will I Receive a Refund?
Once the gear has been received and processed at the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Most of our cooling products stay cool for up to two hours. Select products with premium cooling power can stay cool for up to 3 or 6 hours. Cooling time varies by product and should be verified on the product description pages.
